It's Ultra Plus, the main difference between both is transfer speed, and you could grab a 1 tb extreme but not an ultra. Transfer speed is much higher in extreme but for a vita the Ultra Plus is absolutely fine. Ultra costs less than Extreme. Go for the Ultra Plus.
